Julie Flowers graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and received her M.B.A. from Ole Miss in 2003. Julie joined Barnes Pettey in 2006 and completed all requirements to become a financial advisor with Barnes Pettey Financial Advisors, LLC in 2007. In addition to advising clients, she assists Dudley with the day to day needs of his clients.

Julie is married to Scott Flowers of Clarksdale and they have two sons, Gaines and Jonathan. Julie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching Ole Miss sports. She also enjoys participating in the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital half marathon. Julie and her family attend St. George’s Episcopal Church in Clarksdale.
